This lot is zoned as residential but you can if you want to convert it to a rental and make another apartment on the ground floor.
The floor at street level has an abandoned architect firm furnished as they left if so you can use the space as whatever you like.
The second and third floor has a beautiful apartment with the lower floor that has open space kitchen/dining/bar/living and a beautiful terrace.
There is also a small WC on this floor aswell as the utility room on the terrace with washer/dryer.
The top floor has a big office on the landing and then a large master suite with walk in closet and a big bathroom with jacuzzi.

Since the office downstairs was closed the garden has become a bit overgrown but if you want to use the whole building as one house you are free to fix up the garden aswell!
