Welcome to Beany Business, a small coffee shop for all your caffeine needs. Most of the exterior still shows the original roots of the building as a cookiecutter factory and the owners of Beany Business have done their best to keep the brick, concrete and glass intact for a sturdy and modern look.


The interior on the other hand, gives off a different vibe, with an eclectic collection of furniture that looks like it might have come straight from your grandmother's attic. Don't be surprised if it actually does. Order a coffee or something fancier at the bar and settle down in one of the comfortable sofas. Choose a seat upstairs for casual business meetings or grab a magazine from the reading table downstairs.


A copy of this lot has been playtested and although it might get a bit cramped, I haven't seen any major issues. This lot was built for my Simblr Advent Calendar.
