Romara's Coffee Shop

Mr. Romara, the owner of the coffee shop on the La Tour campus, never felt good about his little establishment. The company that made the sign (which Mr. Romara removed instantly) forgot the "'s" at the end of his name to establish ownership. No one ever knew about this little hiccup. They all thought it was just some cool, slightly mysterious place to hang out and get a rather good cup of coffee. But, yet, everyone was always puzzled at why it was just Romara Coffee Shop.

However, since the huge endowment the Landgraab corporation donated to the Acadamie to renovate the whole campus, the Dean, a long time fan of the coffee shop, donated some money and reprinted the grand opening, after the remodel, in the Acadamie newspaper and even on the Adadamie's radio station. So, now everyone will know the little, upscale coffee shop as it should have been known when it first appeared-- Romara's Coffee Shop


I played this lot, the other day, before thinking about uploading it and it was terrific. The only things it is missing are anything for creativity skill and a shower or bathtub for hygiene. So, save those two things, your Sim may never have to leave this lot... seriously. This lot looks way too upscale for a college hangout. I guess that's why they call it an "Acadamie".


The New Amenities Include:

- Larger Study area
- Larger Lounge area
- 2 dart boards (that's right, I said two, not one, but two dartboards)
- 2 bookshelves (that's right, I said two, not one, but two bookshelves)
- New lush, landscaping and some creeping ivy.
