Dorm for the priveledged - EDITED

I have just begun to build my very own university from scratch. It is called High Life University and it is basically for all my rich sims out there who want to go to a posh university. This dorm is called Dorm for the Priveledged and is very big.

There is room for 8 students, each student gets their own apartment, with a dorm door at the front of it. Four of these apartments have A bedroom, bathroom, study and lounge. The four have a bathroom and main room.
All rooms have A four poster double bed, dresser, desk with computer, table and chair, tv and confortable chair/sofa, mini fridge, microwave, bookcase, toilet and shower. The larger rooms also have some extras.

As well as the dorms, there is a canteen and games room downstairs, four fully equiped music rooms on the second floor and two large study rooms on the third floor. One study room contains 10 desks and chairs, four of which have computers and bookcases.
The other study room has all the skill building objects (bookcase, chess sets, easels, mirrors)

Outside there is a large pool, two hotubs, a barbeque and table and chairs. There is also a serperate single storey building which is used as the dorm gym, there are various body machines, wall speakers and a wall TV.

I worked for quite a while on the dorm so i hope you like it.

Edit: after reading peoples comments i have made some changes to the exterior and it looks a bit better though is still far from perfect. I have also got some more photos

(and yes, i know i have an obsession with lights!)
