This is a small, modernesque dorm for five students. You must have both University and Nightlife in order to use this dorm.

This dorm features: four regular dorm rooms and one premium room with a full-sized bed, a music and an exercise room, other skill-building items, a party area on the back patio and also a rooftop deck.

The only custom content in the house are some of the walls and floors that I had made. I ran this lot through Clean Installer, and it was okay. :thumb:
