Well hi,

Originally the Wickswell tower, this manor was built in the early 1900's.
Why tower? Nice that you're asking.
The tower and the small part at the right of the house, was the original Wickswell house. Wickswell bought the tower in 1832 because he thought in case of war the old tower could be useful. No war, but still a nice tower to live in. Wickswell became older and his kids had to move out as soon as they were 18 because the house was too small for 5 Sims. When Wickswell died, the tower remained abandoned until 1897, when one of his grandsons moved in. He was a businessman and business went well. He kept earning money and at some point, he was so wealthy that he was thinking about a bigger house, but moving away? No way! He extended the tower more and more until the tower was just a small part at the back of a huge mansion; The Wickswell manor.

After he bought his first car (He was tired of being driven around) the garage was built into the house for easy access, but one car wasn't enough. A second, double car garage was built and a guest house above it. The only thing missing was a pool but that was done quickly. Now his life and manor were complete, and his brothers could visit him and sleep in the guest house. They could even bring their kids as there's space for 4 Sims!

Now, the current generation of Wickswell likes it ultra-modern and sadly decided to sell their manor as renovating it to their likings wouldn't be possible.
