You will need "gothdancer" mesh by aardvarkhams {gothdancer.zip} from MTS2 website (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=52321) installed for this skin to show up in your game.

"Adena" is perfect for Sims that are looking for something elegant and sexy for a fomal occasion. Unlike the traditional Couture pieces, "Adena" is a one piece suit that is going to give your Sim a comfortable and classy look without the hassles of a long dress.
