Hello everyon3! Speaking from Brazil, the designer of SimsWorld is back with another house!

After sometime without posting, I'm back bringing a simple home for your Sims. Those who likes to have a simple life will adore it.

This house was made by me some eons ago, so I decided to reno it. Well, it got a LOT better than it was, and I'm very proud of it.

Let's get started, shall we?

Well, this house has only on floor but I had some "constrainfloorelevation" at it.

We've got a living room, a dinning room, two bedrooms (one single and a master), a bathroom, a kitchen and a relax area. In the almost second floor we've got a relaxing sitting area to read a book or to have some conversation.
