Are you Sims needing some rest? What about rent/buy a beautifil cheap house at Three Lakes island?

Well, I'm here to introduce it to you! Simple one stored house.

Let's begin!

I first built this house for my own Sims, when bon voyage was launched here in Brazil, a long time ago (eons!)
So, I decided to renovate all of my old houses and post them here, and this is one of them.

Here it is!:



The house has only one floor, as said before. You can find in the house:

- An entrance hall;
- A kitchen;
- A living room;
- A dinning room;
- A master bedroom;
- A bathroom



We have the best part of the house, of course, the backyard. It contains:

- A pool;
- A barbecue area.
