I've started building this bakery as a starter retail shop for my sims
but things kind of got out of hand and I ended up spending much
more than I wanted to. This is also the reason why the second floor
of the building is empty (you can eventually transform it into a restaurant-like thing.../?).

I tested it for 19 sim-hours and everything went ok.

There are baked goods ready to be sold, so you don't
have to worry if your sim doesn't have lvl 10 of baking skill. :j
Also, I highly recommend you to set, if it already is not,
the selling % to 50%, I tested it with this setting and I assure you I sold a lot of goods.

There is also a little shelf with random kitchen accessories, also for sale.
