Hello everyone!

I do really love the gas station aesthetics, so this is my vision of it in the game.
This is a retail-type community lot. Though it cannot be functional as a gas station itself due to lack of cars in the game, I tried to make it as userful for gameplay as possible, so I made fully functional convenience store!

The store offers you the following valuable buyable items:
Fizzy Drinks of various flavors and effects, in case if you do not want to create them yourself;
Sugar skulls and easter eggs – the collectibles from obsolete time-limited events that you cannot obtain anymore, so now you can just purchase the in this store.
Herbal remedies of all possible types – no more need to go to Granite Falls and spent a lot of time to gain skill and find ingredients to brew them. Just come and buy whichever you need!
Some bots from Discover University – again, it is an easy way to get them if you do not wanna gain robotics skill.

You can run the store yourself and sell whatever you need as well, though I made this lot useful for normal visitors.

There is a number of DLCs I used to build this lot, though, most of them provide only an item or two, so nothing terrible happens if you do not own some of them.
Get to Work, Discover University, Outdoor Retreat and Eco Lifestyle are needed for the store to be functional and able to sell you all of the items listed above.
This lot does not contain any custom content.

The PlumbOil Gas Station is originally located in Oasis Springs, the Rattlesnake Juice Bar lot.
