Finally managed to get this done - "Wednesday Starter" and just in time for themeGreen.
Read about the house:
*Cost: 18,700
*Unfurnished
*Two story home
*Has outside garden with Ambrosial trees
*Has inside garden
*2x2 lot size
*No custom content

I did a test on the house and the garden inside the living room is working fine. Also i could fit 3 people at max,but if you're a sim who wants to become a plantsim soon - this house should be enough.
