"I haven't had time to build (I hope everyone is well) but I squeezed in this tiny modern. I really like the minimalist look though I find it hard to do. This house was supposed to be a starter beach getaway... Oh well, I'll just have to cheat again."

So, this tiny base game modern cube is built on a 20x20 lot with tropical landscaping. It is fully furnished and has a comfortable backyard area with pool for those up close summer parties.
