Hi Simmers!

I present you this modern house, built for the successful sim or, why not, couple. The strongest features of it are its architecture, simple and contemporary, and the outdoor space, special for parties and entertaining.
In my game, I placed the house in a custom lot in Sunlit Tides, and that's where the screenshots were taken. However, you can place it in any world you like and it will suit it just fine, I promise!




The interior is pretty minimal, but it includes the basics for a single sim/couple to settle in. In one side of its only floor there's a small kitchen, a dining room and living area, and in the other are the master bedroom and bathroom.



General info

Play tested: Yes
Warning! If you don't want the kitchen to be on fire, do NOT light the fireplace! I couldn't find a way to make it usable, but as I believed it went with the atmosphere of the house so nicely, I kept it as a decor. Feel free to remove it if you please.

Patch/EP compatibility

This house uses content from the base game only and it was created with the 1.67 patch installed. That said..
You should patch your game to the latest version in order for this lot to install properly and show up in your game!

CC

There's just one piece of CC included in the lot, which was used to create the skylights on the roof. Downloading it is not mandatory, but I suggest you to do it if you want to keep the house as you see it in the screenshots
