I saw this home in a magazine and fell in love with it: so I decided to build it. This house is actually the first modern home I've attempted to build, and I think it came out pretty good. It has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a parking space in front, and a nice hangout spot on the roof. I tried to only use Late Night, but Ambitions was used for the laundry. Also, if you want to edit anything you're going to have to enter a few cheats because of the hidden room markers. ("Testingcheatsenabled true" and "Restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off")
