Description

This is a small but sweet house. It has a lot of little detail that gives it a
welcoming feeling. It is one story, and a natural shade of green. The house has an accent of stone which gives it some character. It has interesting placement and an eye drawing layout.The yard is full of foliage, tall trees and beautiful flowers make a calming atmosphere. It has a free standing garage, currently used to store bicycles but can be used for a car. The entire yard is surrounded by a
wall for sim security.

Both inside and outside of the home are much of the same color scheme. Nice neutral, natural tones. The house is wonderfully open, with many windows. It has one bedroom and one bathroom, wood floors throughout, and a large back porch. Perfect for grilling. This house would be perfect for your single sim or childless couple.
