I've used the Chimney Masonry Set by Kimsie, which is NOT included in the file and must be downloaded separately.

I've always loved this lot from Pleasantview and seen great potential in it. However, it needed some upgrades to suit my tastes and needs. I've added another floor to the house and expanded it towards the back of the lot, but otherwise the exterior remains the same. I've kept the floor plan on the main floor, while the second floor has got a total makeover. In addition to the the new third floor, I've also furnished the attic to make room for a small bedroom. Should make a nice den for a teenager, don't you think?

The house has a hall leading into an open kitchen and living room, plus another living room with a fireplace. It has four bedrooms (including the den), three bathrooms and an office hidden behind the secret bookcase door (visitors who want to play the computer will have to go to the attic).

I've used Mootilda's Lot Adjuster to expand the lot from 3x3 to 3x4 in order to make room for the garage.
