NOTICE - PLEASE READ!

A number of users have experienced issues with some mods made before the toddler patch in January, 2017.

It appears that this mod might be affected, so I recommend either disabling it, or restoring to an older version of the game for the sake of stability. (Unless, of course, you don't mind your toddler growing up too quickly.)

This mod was born out of frustration for ridiculously cheap taxes and a desire to bring challenge back to the game while keeping it realistic, fair and pain-free. With the new tax ranges, my goal is to allow you to work to make ends meet, but also to be able to save up some money at the end of the week.

Billing rates dependant on house value:
Up to 20.000§: 3.5%
20.000 - 30.000§: 3.75%
30.000§ and up: 4%

Extras:
- Compatible with any game version and base game/expansions
- Conflicts with other mods that does the same
- Please upgrade to the new version if you downloaded before 09.04.16!
