This is a mesh + functional override for the Maxis “Photopollution” ceiling light (GT) that gets rid of the fugly triangular glowsticks and adds candles instead.


Update 2016-02-02: Updated so that the extinguish effect now gets applied to all four candles, not just one. Thanks scumbumbo!





Works like these candles (i.e. similar to the Maxis Holiday candles from 2014, minus the silly “Holiday Cheer” buff) -- they are not lit by default, a sim (teen and older) must light them.

Same colour variants, price etc. as the original. This overrides the mesh and OBJD resources, adding custom tuning/rig/slots. The rest is not included, so this will only be useful if you have GT installed.




Polygon Counts:

High Poly: 634V/568F
Mid Poly: 466V/396F
Low poly mesh is unchanged (you don't really see the glowsticks at that far a distance).
