You'll need this mod: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=562923 by 0-Positiv to be able to walk through the waterfalls.

How to instal
Copy files to tray folder.
this PC > Documents > Electronic Arts > The sims 4 > Tray
You should find the lot in your gallery when installed correctly.
