This home is called the Oddball Hut due to it's very unique layout, it's not like most would be. It's tight but functional, and has been tested in game.
The house sits on an island, and is set to be near the ocean, but not an actual beach lot!


Fully furnished, this home is good for a vacation home or a really expensive "starter" for a rich descendant who has an eye for fishing!
