Hi Guys,
Would you mind testing this for me please?
Made with SimPE v0.34, unique (registered GUID), colour_eneabled and EP ready (not required). Polygon count:798
This is an (artificial silk) fern. It is not a plant. It won't wilt, and doesn't need watering. My Sims are always forgetting to water their real plants...so I wanted them to have some that didn't need all that work. (I usually kill mine in real life too! ).
You can 'view' it and you get some room points(2)...and you Sim will react to it when you first buy it. (mine had a fit of the giggles! ... I know it's not brilliant...but please...it still took me about 6 hours!)
This is really my first venture into alpha channels (for non-glass items) which is why it's not very adventurous in design. I was more interested in learning how to use the texture file's alpha channel.
Basically, it is a new mesh (borrrowed heavily from Maxis's fern) with new vase. It comes in two leaf colours, green and yellowish-green, and four vase designs.(see pics).
It can be found under Decorative/All ...NOT under plants! (I'm not sure if it shows up under Sculptures as well...). That's why I've posted it here, and not under plants.
It can be placed on the floor, coffee tables, normal tables/desks and counter tops (more kitchen clutter!!).
It will not go on a fireplace mantle...because it is made of silk and therefore flammable!
(It would look really nice on NikkiBailey's empty shelving unit!)
Please report any issues, and thanks for testing
Bob
Recolours: Please do not post the file that contains the mesh. Your recolours are fine to post (preferable here in the recolours section). Please pm before posting recolours, I always reply. Please do not include this (or any other of my items) in any uploaded LOTS. This is a BETA object..and posted here for you to test, (not for some unsuspecting child to download in a ready-made house.)You guys know you are testing... LOT downloaders don't. Thanks!

Great NEWS!...
(For those people who don't already know)...you can find ALL of my objects (well, any particular artist actually...not just me!) by clicking on my avatar (or name) and then the NEW 'Find all downloads created by...' link.
BIG THANKS to Delphy for doing this..it will save me a lot of time answering private messages ...

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
MTS has all free content, all the time. Donate to help keep it running.
