Hey,

So I've been playing Sims 2 recently, and thought it'd be cool to "convert" some lots to Sims 3 as I have been lacking unique community lots.
I've managed to recreate one of my favorite lots from Nightlife.

It uses Late Night's professional bar and piano, so Late Night IS required.
The pool table is from Showtime, so you need Showtime.

This lot is classified as a Dive Bar, because the bartender won't show up otherwise.

If anyone wants, I'll remove them and then you can replace them with whatever you like.
