This lot consists of all rabbit holes - the criminal hideout and the haunted house. The lot is set as "Visitors Allowed"

This lot is all exterior objects or rabbit holes. The only thing that is not a rabbit hole is where the sims enter, which is attached to the haunted house, to get into the criminal hideout that is located in the basement. All areal screen shots are taken, all floor plan pictures are taken.

Backstory:

Long ago, in the house there lived a family. Their family business was running the mill. On one cold snowy night, the family was all murdered in their home, asleep. No one ever found out who had done it and to this day they say the home is haunted by the family that lived there. The mill also was deserted shortly after. Since then it has been abandoned. Residents of the nearby town believe there are criminal activity happening at the old house and mill.

If you do not have one or more of the packs listed that is okay. The game will just replace what you don't have with something that you do have. Although, in this case, you may want to have Season's or you won't have the haunted house and if the game replaces it with a different object, it may block sims from getting to the criminal hideout below.
