Simple Amber 1Bed 1Bath NO CC

This is a home that I would like to one day build for myself. I have included the original house plans along with the original floor plans. The original house plans comes with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath and a full basement. I wasn't sure how I liked not having access to the garage from the house, seemed odd. I also wanted a house where when I was older I had all I needed with out using any stairs. That is why I have it set up with everything on the ground floor and my kids rooms and extra bathroom in the basement. I left the basement unfurnished for you to decorated how you like. Since I no longer use CC in any of my builds anymore this gives others the opportunity to also use CC in their own game if they choose Sorry for the lack of decoration in the back yard and side yard, I am not very good at exterior landscaping lol

There are a few bookshelves that are not accessible to the sims. I used them mostly to create new furniture pieces. To stop the sims from trying over and over to use the bookshelves, you can use either mods like:
NRAAS Debug Enabler Which is what I use. Bookshelf---->NRAAS---->DebugEnabler---->Options---->Object---->Enable/Disable Interactions---->Disable All
Or if you do not use mods you can Open Bookshelf---->Move to sims inventory---->manually add books to a different bookshelf Make sure you move the books yourself. I have noticed that a sim will try to put a book back to the last bookshelf the book came from. So if you manually take it from their inventory to a bookshelf then that new bookshelf becomes the last place the book came from. So now when the sim gets a book from the new bookshelf that is the last bookshelf it came from so that will be the one the sim will try to put it back in.

I usually have laundry baskets in the home if I use the laundry rooms. However, I made this home a month or more ago and honestly can't remember if I did. I always hide the baskets so looking in the photos aren't going to say if I used them or not. Play the house first, you will see right away when you change outfits if there are baskets Don't worry, sims can still retrieve the laundry from the hidden baskets
