This is my first house for The Sims3, a simple farmhouse. I hope you like it. :lovestruc

The house is designed for the single sim who love rural life or the retired couple without children.








There’s neither TV nor many modern equipment in the lot; however, there is a large outdoor space you can grow your favorite vegetables and fish.




If there is a future expansion that allows you keep domestic animals or pets, there would be plenty space for them!


(NOTE: Prepare your own seeds, and I hope you have a large pension! Ha ha! )
