I got back to simming after years of hiatus, and within the first sim day I remembered why I never used apartments at all. The noise coming from adjacent apartments, waking up your sims, is a massive annoyance. Like other features of TS2, a supposed addition to gameplay becomes a frustration; so I dusted up the good ol' SimPE and managed to create a mod that eliminates the pesky neighbor's noise once and for all.

There is no tweaking: this mod eliminates the issue completely, everywhere and forever (er... until you take it out your downloads folder).

It requires Apartment Life expansion or Ultimate Collection.
