Here are two half thin, half bold Simlish fonts. Though...perhaps this only counts as 1.5. Teeeechnically it's the same style filled in two different ways, ha.
Both of these have additional characters as seen in the pictures, but there are also quite a few more accented characters than those shown.

The ~{Sample Text}~ at the bottom of the preview pics reads:
