Fix for the start time of the working day (for playing with "slow" game time speed)

Like i said earlier i love to play with MC Commander mod and its "Relative" game speed type (and more "slow" game time speed than default).
But when you play with "slow" game time speed you have some problems with the start of the working time.
All career levels that must to start at 9.00 a.m. will start at different time instead of 9.00 a.m. (depends on how much you changed game time speed). For.ex., in my case all such levels start at 2.15 a.m. instead of 9.00 a.m. It's so annoying!
But i really like to play with "slow" speed so i decided to solve this problem. And i did it.

Description

This mod fixes the problem with the start of the working time for all careers that have this problem.

Important! It doesn't matter what speed you choose. This mod'll work perfectly with all. But! This mod works only with relative game time speed type. Maybe i can fix it. Maybe not. I don't know yet. "Absolute" and "relative" game time speed types work in different ways.

What is the reason of this problem?

Made with patch version: 1.20.

Conflicts

This mod changes the following XML files and may conflict with other mods that use the same files:

(tuning file) careerLevels_Business_Management_Level (levels that don't contain start_time string)
(tuning file) careerLevels_Detective__Level (levels that don't contain start_time string)
(tuning file) career_Active_Doctor_Level (levels that don't contain start_time string)
(tuning file) career_Painter_Level (levels that don't contain start_time string)

Note. The archive includes 4 files for 4 careers (only those that needed to be fixed). It's the detective career, the painter career, the doctor career and the business career. You can use them all together.
