This is a China inspired houseboat for one or two Sims who favor the color red!
It is a homely little boat for Sims who want a quiet and cozy home.
There are all the basics below deck, kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and a bedroom.
Above deck are a few sun-chairs and a small dining area.
It is not luxurious ... but nice ... not much to do on board ... there are books and computer ... and you can fish ...

Expansions: Island Paradise is of course necessary for a houseboat, and this houseboat also makes heavy use of material from World Adventures.
When I built this lot I also had Ambitions, Late Night, Pets, Generations, Seasons and University Life installed on my computer ... so it might be good to have them.
