M/S Knut is a quite large "snekke", a boat that has long tradition in the Nordic countries, even back to the Vikings. M/S Knut was built in 1938, but has been modernized to meet the demands of a modern family. It has no space under deck, to avoid problems for the sims who wants to go fishing. The cabin is not big, but practical, and the boat can accommodate up to four sims (two in sleepingbags on sun deck).

You MUST have the EP Island Paradise to make a houseboat work in your game.
I would also recommend the SP Outdoor Living. Some single elements from EP's University, Late Night, Showtime and Pets are used but if you don't have them, the items will be replaced with items from the basic game.
