A small house for single sims that have an ambition for the scientist career, or geek sims that enjoy loneness. On the outside the house have small window to guarantee max privacy to your sims. The big windows stay on the inside that provide good illumination to the house and the vision to a small garden with a fountain. There are no wall separation inside the house. This house have: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and the dinner table is locate in the kitchen as well. There is no living room, so no TVs, but the house have a small office with a computer that will provide fun to your sims.

Note: My game have CC, but this house don't, however, on the gallery check the box (on advance options) for CC and the house should appear. If the house already appear without check any box disregard this note.
