Beach House/villa (almost no CC (only window and lightswitch))

Welcome to my newest creation, and i worked really hard on this one!! :o its FURNITURED!!! :o no its not a boat, but a BEACH HOUSE!!! This huge villa has everything you need if you are rich and lazy. there are 4 bedrooms, 2 for grown ups and 2 for kids, there is a jaccuzi , a spring and a sauna, the sea is nearby, so you dont need a pool!!, This villa is FURNITURED, so you dont have to decorate it again, it has everything it needs for playing in the building with your sims, also, on the garage roof, there are 2 basketballrings, you cna reach the roof trough the back door, on the beach and than take the stairs up. In the basement youi can find a gym and a balletroom with a piano.
In the building itselves are 3 bathrooms, 1 just with a toilet and a sinc.
I hope you will enjoy my beach villa, so Drive trough the gates of the building and park your car on one of the 6 parking places!!
