When the people of Old Town decided they don't need their canned food factory anymore, an imprtant question was raised: what will they do with the factory building? With the significant lack of housing in the area, the answer was clear: convert the factory into apartments!
And so, under the lead of the worldwide-known Asian architect - Hau Sing - it was done!
