So this is a small Parisian apartment building inspired by my recent visit to (surprise surprise -) Paris!
I really like how it torned out and decided to share it with the world, making it my first upload to MTS. hurray

This is 31 Rue de Finesse, with 4 small/tiny apartments, all fully furinshed (No CC) and tested in game.
You can find the layout of each floor in the photos above.

Apt. #1 - $844 - Studio, suitable for a single Sim.
Apt. #2 - $1,330 - 1 small beedroom, suitable for a single Sim.
Apt. #3 - $1,779 - 1 beedroom,suitable for a single Sim/couple.
Apt. #4 - $1,641 - 1 beedroom,suitable for a single Sim/couple.
The attic is unaccessible.

I might ceate additional french-inspired lots, but for now this is what I got to share with the world.
