[PFT] Four Flats and a Brick (no CC)

I’m creating my own neighborhood. I still have a lot to do but I decided to publish houses and lots already done.
All lots from this city have „pft” in the name.

In two old factory buildings there are four identical apartments. Yes, there are a lot of bricks here(unfortunately not on the floor ).

Rent: 5,158-5,185
I don’t know why the rent is differents. Is it normal? I checked everything.

Every apartment has:
- 2 Bedrooms
- 1 Bathroom
- hall
- kitchen&dining room
- living room
- study
- small garden

On the lot there are garden with: grill and tables, 2 chesee tables, fountain and playground.

Mods that I recommend:
Perfect Plants If you are masochist, don’t use it!
Maxis Centerpiece fix If you don’t like your sim, don’t use it!
