Hello, after a long time without uploading here, here is a small house, desert themed. At first it was going to be a small starter home, but I started landscaping the backyard and well... Let's say it's no longer a starter home

It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, perfect for a single sim or a couple.

It's my first try at desert landscape, but I think it's not very bad, that's why I decided to share

You need several Expansion/Stuff/Game packs, I used items from the following packs:

City living
Get Togheter
Get to Work

Outdoor retreat
Spa day
Cool Kitchen

Perfect Patio Stuff
Backyard Stuff
Kids Room stuff

I believe the only mod I used was Small Appliances Everywhere, by MadHox: http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=584582
I don't know what happens if you don't have it since this are overrides for small appliances, maybe they aren't deleted, if that happens you can always put the microwave in the counter by yourself
