Some time ago I started creating a School of Arts for a new university campus. The Performing Arts theme encouraged me to finish it and upload. While not exclusively for performing arts, it does have a stage for performance, some music rooms and a dance studio. Additionally it has rooms for other art such as painting, pottery, and sewing. (You must have FreeTime.)
Outside there is a cafe, lots of places for students to sit and enjoy the sunshine, or watch the breakdancer.
