A building for students to practice the fine arts. It's old, small, and usually excluded from the budget, but the students fill it with life and love.

This is for Sim State University. I built it to replace the lounge because I don't like the lounge.

Includes rooms for:
- painting
- photography
- pottery
- sewing

Credit: I used Sophie-David's mod to access career reward objects (the camera) in buy mode.

Cost: underfunded, as the arts usually are
