Voodoo Doll Usable by Children

I won a voodoo doll from the mischief festival as a kid, then found out I couldn't use it and that there was no mod I could find that would let me, so I made this mod.

Lets children use the doll and be targeted by it, though of course you get the classic stretch Armstrong animations.

It works on my machine.

The red MSPaint lines on the two pictures are meant to represent the awkward animation when a child uses the doll, they seem to levitate about a head off the ground. I have no knowledge of animation so unfortunately have no idea how to fix this, if anyone knows how to do so they can do so and reupload a "fixed" version of the mod, I don't need credit.

Obviously anything that also changes these files will conflict otherwise it should be all good.

Preempting people saying that cuddle doesn't work on kids, that interaction adds "flirty" so that's why you get nothing, you stole the fizzy lifting drink. Good day.
