Here's my newest house 'Pale autumn'. It is designed for a family of five and comes with a sizeable yard for your sims to swim, grill, lift weights, soak in hottub, have pets, grow plants, sleep in a hammock, practice salesmanship, climb and play in a climbing frame... look for butterflies... or large number of other things! The house is fairly expensive, but if it isn't expensive enough, there fortunately is space for that expensive car your sim might fancy.

A few pieces of cc included, great maxis match stuff only (thank you, creators! ).
