'Autumn Leaves' is a peaceful country style home surrounded by birch trees--named for both it's autumn theme, and a couple of great songs. :D

Since my favourite season (Autumn, obviously) just began, I thought this was as good a time as any to build this house!

The ground floor features an attached single garage, mud room, powder room, kitchen, dining, living room and wrap-around porch.

Upstairs there is the master bedroom with walk-through closet and ensuite, the main bathroom, and 3 bedrooms: 1 neutral nursery, one boy's room and one neutral bedroom.

Outside there is a BBQ area, hot tub, swimming pool, and a "barn" garage with a spare room over it (currently empty) which can be used for spare accommodation, hobbies, etc.
