This is a beach bar / restaurant.
To get in there, Your Sims must wear swimsuit.
The food served is sea-to-Mediterranean to make it more credible.
The hosts at this restaurant have Hawaiian like clothes
(for women: dress in flower prints and brown top looking like coconut, and for man: Hawaiian shirt with blue pants).
IMPORTANT!
I have Tropical Getaway so lot is placed in ''Granite Falls Beach'', but I tried it in Oasis Springs, on 50 x 50 lot
and it works perfectly. For thatched foundation and green pool water you will need this tropical getaway ( http://www.simfans.de/index.php?id=883 ).
