Modern Eco House

I get message that the lot file is missing from Sims3pack so I re-upload new Modern Eco House. If anything else is missing, please, let me know. Happy Simming


IMPORTANT!
When I uploaded, I forgot to put an burglar and fire alarm, so you must put it before
you move in.
I have all the expansions, no stuff packs. Most items have been used from Into the Future Expansion Pack. I also have installed
all Store Content's. I said no Custom Content, but Store Content instead.

The top floor of the house is functional, you just have to put the ladder up. In my case, I use it as an atelier.
For everything else, the pictures speak for themselves. I hope you like it.
