After creating a few modern houses, I wanted to create some modern walls and floors I have not yet seen before.

There are different sets of walls included:
Masonry:
So Stoned Set
-"I See Owls" Cost: 7
-"I See Squares" Cost: 7
-"I See Waves" Cost: 7
-Basket Weave Cost: 7

Tile
-Grout It Out Cost: 5

There are also some floors included as well:
Stone:
-Pave The Way Cost: 5

Tile:
-Grout It Out Cost: 5

Misc:
-Rock Hard Gravel Cost: 3
