The Merilda: Modern Suburbia Series

UPDATE: With the light bamboo flooring, you may notice that the environment needs significantly drop. Here is a link to fix this issue:

The 3rd residence in my Modern Suburbia series

The Merilda is named after one of the sims in my own neighborhood just like the previous houses.


I have only included the starter furnishings version for this one.

In my past lots, I have tried to use zero custom content. In order to go for the look I wanted, I did have to use the lovely windows by Tiggy and HugeLunatic to finish off the look. The recolors from wthrwthoutyu were the final touch.
