4 sweater/dress outfits for little girl sims

4 or 5 years ago I decided I wanted to learn to make clothes for my Sims. I followed an online tut and downloaded PSP for the first time. I soon found out that it was a bit more involved than I had thought! Now, several years (and several upgrades of PSP!) later I finally can handle the tools enough to figure out how to do re-colors /re-textures. I still have A LOT to learn. These outfits are the first things I have ever shared online. Maybe in another 4 years I will get the hang of making my own skins! LOL (Not having a ton of luck there...)
