Do you need a simple but fully furnished home for your sim family? Then you have come to the right place. I was bored the other day and decided to make a countryside villa for sims. This lot is made with Builder's Island so I have not playtested it, but everything should work nicely. I have built houses for years for my own game, even though this is my first upload on MTS.

All building material is Base game except "Raise High The Window!" used on second floor which is Ambitions. The Furnace is Outdoor Living stuff, so that SP is strongly recommended. A lot of furniture is from Generations, Pets, Seasons and Island Paradise and that's why I listed them as required, but you can furnish the house yourself if you don't have these EP's.

Other EP/SP's not required but recommended for a complete look:
  • Showtime (double bed in master bedroom)
  • Town Life Stuff (sinks in downstairs bathroom)
  • World Adventures (table lamp downstairs, plants and other decor)
  • Late Night (plant in livingroom)
  • 70's 80's 90's SP (plant on veranda, picture in nursery)
  • Fast Lane Stuff (wall decoration in boys room)

No CC used on lot what so ever.

The house is fully furnished (if you have all the EP's/SP's listed above) and contains a full kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom + 2 bedrooms for kids, a nursery and 2 bathrooms. There is also a glazed veranda to work as a hobbyroom and outside is a playarea for kids, a pond to stock your fish into and a swimmingpool with a barbecue/party area.
