Rabbit Hole Combo: Arboretum & Vault of Antiquity with or w/o Gypsies (2 versions)

To fit everything needed into a neighbourhood is a teadious task and I prefer using rabbit hole combos and stack as many small ones in one lot as possible. The Supernatural rabbit holes are the easiest to stash together and they are never to be found anywhere else than Moonlight Falls, so during the years I have made a few smaller lots with them and use them frequently in my games.

I decided to share the different combos with you, so here I introduce the first one.
This I made oringially to a tiny 20x15 lot with both Fae Ray Arboretum and Vault of Antiquity side by side. I have forgotten what neighbourhood I made this for, as it's many years old, but last year as I was playing my second legacy in Starlight Shores, I decided to move the gypsies in behind the two others and make it a 20xx30 lot.



That way this lot has two versions: the original one with only the Fae Ray Arboretum & Vault of Antiquity and the second version with also the Gypsy wagon. (in the picture above is the 2nd version)

The required EPs & SPs are the same for both, but the 2nd version with the gypsies has also a toilet from the Movie SP. If you do not have it, you can easily use another toilet or just don't have a toilet on the lot. What ever you like.

Here are the differences of the 2 versions:


1st Version: the Vault of Antiquity with the Arboretum:

Lot name: Vault of Magic & Fae Arboretum

Lot type: Community lot: Visitors Allowed

In-game Lot Description: "The magical and mysterious Vault of Antiquity stands since ancient times beside the fairylike Arboretum of the Fae."

Lot prize: Furnished: $9.236, Unfurnished: $6.071

Lot size: 20x15

Eps & SPs required: Supernatural, Showtime, World Adventures, Ambitions & Outdoor living

2nd Version: the Vault of Antiquity with the Arboretum and the Gypsy wagon:

Lot name and type are unchanged. (see above for 1st version)

In-game Lot Description: "The magical and mysterious Vault of Antiquity stands since ancient times beside the fairylike Arboretum of the Fae. The Gypsies have parked their fortune wagon behind them."

Lot prize: Furnished: $19.285, Unfurnished: $11.556

Lot size: 20x30

Eps & SPs required: Supernatural, Showtime, World Adventures, Ambitions, Outdoor living & Movies
