This is based on a real house in Kent, which could be yours for just £2,000,000! You can see the real house for comparison here (and yes, it really is called Plumford Farmhouse).

I wanted to create something as a celebration of spring, so this house is full of colour, light and flowers. It's perfect for any sim with too much money and a love of modern English country manors.

Features:
3 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms)
3 other bathrooms
Living room leading out to a patio
Library/Study
Large kitchen/family room
Dining room
Utility room
Basement with space for all your sim's hobbies
Garage with space for 2 cars
Art studio above the garage
Computer study
Gallery landing
Walled garden with a variety of good to excellent quality plants
Pool with changing hut and bar
Two large lawns for being outside and enjoying the weather when it's not raining!

The house only uses one set of CC items, but they are vital if you want to get the same look:
Window of Opportunity Add-ons by mutske

Furnishings
There was an attempt to use only base game things, but I'd given up before I even finished the entrance hall. You will need every expansion pack apart from Generation and Showtime to get all the furnishings, as well as the following store items:The following decorative items were also used, but aren't vital:
Snug Rug from Grandpa's Grove
Pineapple Pottery (from Sun, Surf & Sand (Sleep))
Coastal Blooms (from Sunlight Tides)
Mysterious Modern Masterpiece (from Lucky Palms)
Haute Hip Floral Painting (from Haute Hip set)

Thank you for looking! I've made houses in the Sims for years but this is the first time I've uploaded one
